Onboarding & Launch

As soon as the setup fee is received, we get the ball rolling. Here's our step by step process for setting your restaurant up for success

Step 1 - setup

- After the setup fee is paid, you'll be directed to fill out a form with general business & main point-of-contact information. After that, you'll see a calendar to schedule a call. Book your time, and on the call, we meet each other, collect extra information, and set up integrations

- After we have everything needed, our team goes to work. Within 7 days the restaurant has a website & online ordering menu. We also set up your tablet & printer, design branded QR Code Stickers directing to your online menu, optimize the menu, and set up the financials. once setup is complete, we ship you the setup package - preset, ready for orders

Step 2 - going live

- plug in your tablet and printer, Go inside the tablet and navigate the system to get used to it. Use our provided walkthrough videos whenever needed. On the back of the tablet, you'll see a phone number - call for live human support. There's also a chat button inside of the tablet, where you can message support

- by now, our team set up your Google Business Profile, allowing customers to order directly off Google & your website. at no extra cost, your restaurant can forward your customers to our call center, and we'll take the calls for you. Never miss a phone order again

Step 3 - after launch

- Once live, to establish your business online, we list your restaurant on 50+ directories & online listings, so customers can find you anywhere. Your restaurant is listed on Snapchat, Alexa, Siri, Google & Apple Maps, Tripadvisor, Bing, Chamber of Commerce, and more

- If your restaurant opts in, we run a gift card giveaway at no cost to the restaurant. This can help create a quick boost for online orders, and spread the word to your customers so they can start ordering. The gift cards go to your customers, and they can use it on delivery or pickup orders

- If your restaurant opts in, we turn on "Review AI." Review AI automatically replies to Google reviews in a professional, but friendly tone - 24/7, so you always quickly engage with customers, and start ranking higher on Google search. It's important to reply to all reviews, good or bad

Step 4 - ongoing support

- Our team is always here to help you. there is a phone number on the tablet you can call anytime, and live chat support inside the tablet. If you ever need price changes, hour changes, menu updates, want to issue a refund, have questions, or anything else, we're easy to reach

- Every customer is sent a receipt with a live support phone number in case of any issues. Whether you need support for the restaurant, or for the customers, we've got both covered any time you're open

- We're constantly looking over the system's performance and provide regular reports. We only make money when you do, so we're always improving the system and finding ways to grow our partners
